IMG Worlds of Adventure. I thought Motiongate was good. Even better with a 2 park deal so you can do Bollywood park. My vote goes to IMG Worlds - lesser crowd means you get more time to explore every attraction inside the park.
Warner Bros is in Abu Dhabi though, 1. I think Motiongate for us. We're really are not into rides. Also like the idea of an outdoor theme park.
